My Story
I started my journey of entrepreneurship by joining the family business of retail when I was 16 years old. Since then, I have started 3 businesses and learnt my business lessons through hardships and struggles, losing more than 2 crore rupees (2,50,000 USD).
Because I’ve been through a lot of struggle myself, helping business owners grow and expand their businesses is what gives my life MEANING! It's sort of a healing experience for me! and it's my true calling, my real passion!

In 2017, my business (International Recruitment Consultancy) was successful, I had a decent income; I had a great team, cash reserves of one year of expenses; and I made plans to expand and grow my business. From the middle of 2017, my business started to decline. Month after month, we started to lose our clients and lose money.
I was trying very hard to turn around the business but was not able to turn around my business. By the end of 2019, I lost 1.2 crores (1,50,000 USD) and was in debt of Rs. 40 lakhs (50,000 USD).
As I was trying hard to gain new clients, suddenly COVID hit and our business was completely shut down. At that time, I realized that I was doing something wrong in my business.
Due to the shut down, I had time and I decided to learn about the business. So I started reading books, attending seminars, taking online courses, and becoming a student of business and life.
I’ve learnt from T. Harv Eker (who built the world's No. 1 successful training company), Blair Singer (Advisor to Rich Dad Companies and who helped Fortune 500 companies to scale and grow their businesses), Mac Attram (Multi-Millionaire Entrepreneur and UK’s No. 1 Executive & Business Coach, who is personally coaching and mentoring me) and many more teachers.
What’s shocking & outrageous for MOST PEOPLE is, I INVESTED about Rs 20 Lakhs (25000 USD) in mentors & coaches, even though I was loaded with debt. and this changed everything for me.
I remember 6 months passed since COVID came and our business was still closed. My debt grew from 40 lakhs to 60 lakhs (75,000 USD). I was not able to pay rent or salaries to my staff. At that time, I prayed to God to help me get out of this debt and I promised that if I come out of debt I would help other business owners. Three months later, something unexpected happened in business and I came out of debt.
I forgot that I made a promise that I would help other business owners if I came out of debt. One day when I was in my office, I realized that I made a promise that I would help other business owners and started reflecting on how I could help business owners, and I realized that for the past few months, my passion has started shifting towards becoming a coach and trainer.
In March 2021, I decided to establish a coaching and training company and registered a company with the name Affluence Learning Solutions LLP. Since then, I have been helping business owners to increase their profitability, increase their impact and achieve time freedom through my coaching and training services.
I am helping business owners to turn around and increase their revenues from 20% to 200% in less than a year.
My methods are simple and effective, which means anyone can learn and implement them in their business.
